Trading And Market Risk
Trading and investing involve risk. Index trading, derivatives, equities, mutual funds, and other market-linked products can result in losses. Past performance, backtests, daily P&L, examples, or screenshots do not guarantee future results.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your own trading, investing, API connection, brokerage account, order placement, strategy settings, tax treatment, and financial decisions. You should verify all data before acting and consult a qualified advisor where required.
Dashboard And API Usage
The Trading Desk dashboard may connect to an external algo backend through an API Base URL and private token added by the user. You are responsible for keeping API tokens, passwords, broker credentials, and device access secure. AV Fintech should not be given unnecessary sensitive credentials.
Account Registration
Signup and login may use AWS Cognito or another authentication provider. You agree to provide accurate account information and to protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Guest Mode
Guest mode is provided for product education and browsing. Guest users may view public pages such as product information, pricing, articles, feedback, and legal pages. Trading Desk access is intended for registered users only.
Mutual Fund Content
Mutual fund articles may discuss categories, comparison points, risk factors, expense ratios, rolling returns, or educational watchlists. This content is not a scheme recommendation. Read scheme documents and consult a qualified advisor before investing.
Availability And Accuracy
